The Withdrawal Log applies to the itemised entrepreneurial income tax (VSZJA) tax form.
An entrepreneur withdrawal is the amount you pay out to yourself, as a sole trader, from your business revenue. It reduces your entrepreneurial tax base, but is subject to personal income tax (15%), social security contribution (18.5%), and social contribution tax (13%).

Where to find it

Under Records → Withdrawal Log, at the /nyilvantartasok/kivet page.

Monthly entry

The page shows 12 rows, one per month. Future months aren’t editable, and the current month is highlighted. For a given month, click Record (or Edit if an entry already exists) and enter:
  • Amount (HUF)
  • Note (optional)
After saving, the amount appears on that month’s row. If you didn’t withdraw anything in a given month, leave it blank — or, if you recorded an amount by mistake, remove it with the Delete button.
Only one entry can be recorded per month. If you withdrew money in several installments during a month, enter the combined total.

Summary

Two cards at the top of the page show:
  • Total annual withdrawal — the sum of everything recorded this year
  • Recorded months — how many months already have an entry (N/12)
Alongside withdrawals, VSZJA also requires keeping a Fixed Assets register, and — if you have any cash transactions — a Cash Book. The annual total also appears in the Income Register report under Reports.
