The AI Advisor answers your questions about sole-trader finances based on the data stored in Penzum.

What can it help with?

A few examples:
  • “When is my next contribution payment due?”
  • “How much revenue headroom do I have left this year?”
  • “What is the social contribution tax?”
  • “What tax benefits can I claim as a parent?”

Attaching a document

Use the paperclip icon to attach an official document (e.g. a NAV decision downloaded from Ügyfélkapu, a notice) to your question — as a PDF or a photo (JPG, PNG, WEBP), up to 10 MB. The Advisor reads it and explains in plain language what to do, what the deadline is, and where to proceed.
The uploaded document is only used to prepare that one response — the file is deleted automatically, immediately after the answer is sent. Only a short reference remains in the conversation history (e.g. ”[📎 document: decision.pdf]”), never the file itself.
If the photo quality isn’t good enough to read reliably, the Advisor will say so and ask for a better photo or the original file — it never guesses at the document’s content.

What it’s not for

The AI Advisor does not replace an accountant or tax advisor. It does not provide legally binding tax opinions and does not submit your filings. Always consult a professional before making a tax decision. If an attached document involves litigation, enforcement, criminal matters, or substantive legal representation in a NAV audit, it will clearly direct you to a lawyer or accountant.

How it works

The Advisor relies exclusively on the data recorded in Penzum, any attached document, and current statutory parameters — it never invents figures, features, or document content, and never estimates from its own assumptions.
