Your Penzum subscription controls which features you can access. You can review and change your plan at any time from Settings → Account — no need to contact support.

What You Can Do

Switch Plans

Move between Compass and Navigator whenever you like. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access to your current plan until then.

Cancel Subscription

Cancel at any time. Your account and all your data stay intact — only paid features become inaccessible from the start of the next billing period.

Switching Between Compass and Navigator

1

Open Settings

In the Penzum dashboard, click Settings in the left sidebar, then select Account.
2

Select a New Plan

Under Subscription, click Change Plan and choose either Compass or Navigator.
3

Confirm the Change

Review the summary and confirm. The switch takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged or credited immediately.
Not sure which plan fits your needs? See the full plan comparison for a feature-by-feature breakdown of Compass and Navigator.

Cancelling Your Subscription

1

Open Settings

Go to Settings → Account in the dashboard.
2

Cancel Subscription

Scroll to the Subscription section and click Cancel Subscription.
3

Confirm Cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. You will retain full access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling does not delete your account or your data. You can resubscribe at any time and pick up exactly where you left off.

Data Retention After Cancellation

After your subscription ends, Penzum keeps all your recorded data — invoices, expenses, transactions, and settings — for 90 days. During that window you can reactivate your subscription and regain full access without losing anything. At the end of the 90-day period, your data is permanently deleted in line with our data retention policy.
If you want your data removed before the 90-day period expires, you can trigger an immediate, permanent deletion yourself. See Delete Your Data for step-by-step instructions.
