Managing your subscription - Penzum Súgó

If you don’t have an active subscription yet, start one from the Settings → Subscription card with the Start trial button — this takes you to /subscribe.

Trial period

After signing up, choose between a 30-day free trial with a card on file (nothing is charged until the trial ends), or immediate annual billing with a 2-month discount. The trial can be cancelled anytime, free of charge. While your trial is active, the Settings page shows a Trial badge and the number of days remaining.

Billing and cancellation

Penzum offers a single subscription — there’s no switching between plans. Updating billing details, changing your payment method, and cancelling are all handled through Stripe’s secure, external billing portal: click Manage subscription on the Settings → Subscription card to get there.

Cancellation

After cancelling, your account and data remain intact — only access to paid features ends at the close of the current billing period.
